  I am the owner of Kid's Club and am responding to the review written by Felicia. Kid's Club has been in business for over 13 years and prides itself on great customer service for ALL of our customers, including the kids...we are a kids store after all! Although we have been in business for many years, we do not have an Internet presence, so this review is very troubling.
  
  I ask Felicia to please call the store personally and discuss what was witnessed and make sure that you indeed were in Kid's Club as this is not our nature and I am actually a little confused by the experience that is being described.
  For all customers who see the above review, please come in and visit us personally...we love what we do and Appreciate ALL of our customers!
